At PreSonus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
